Welcome to Megadot! Before you access our services or purchase our products, please read these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Megadot's comprehensive technology solutions and products, including Computer & Electronics Retail, IT Infrastructure, Solar & Electrical PowerTech, Battery Systems, Smart Security Surveillance, Software Development, and AI & Data Services, along with any associated websites, applications, and platforms (together, our "Services"). These Terms are a contract between you and Megadot Inc. ("Megadot", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing our Services or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Megadot is a trusted technology and infrastructure company delivering next-generation solutions across multiple domains. We provide end-to-end technology solutions including computer sales and services, solar power systems, security surveillance equipment, software development, AI services, and comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions for homes, businesses, and enterprises.

2. Account creation and access

Minimum age. You must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use our Services or purchase our products.

Your Megadot Account. To access certain Services or make purchases, we may ask you to create an Account. You agree to provide correct, current, and complete Account information and allow us to use it to communicate with you about our Services and products. Our communications to you using your Account information will satisfy any requirements for legal notices.

You may not share your Account login information or credentials with anyone else. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your Account, and you agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account by contacting us at support@megadot.in or +91 94894 30240.

3. Use of our Services

You may access and use our Services and purchase our products only in compliance with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for compliance with all applicable laws in your use of our Services.

You may not access or use our Services, or help another person to access or use our Services in the following ways:

• In any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation, including laws related to import/export, electrical safety standards, data protection, or technology transfer restrictions.
• To develop competing products or services, reverse engineer our proprietary solutions, or resell our services without proper authorization.
• To interfere with or disrupt our systems, networks, or security measures, or attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure or client systems.
• To misuse our products or services in ways that could cause harm, damage, or violate the intended purpose of the technology solutions we provide.

4. Products and Services

Product Categories. Megadot offers a comprehensive range of technology products and services including but not limited to computer hardware and software, solar power systems, electrical equipment, battery systems, security surveillance equipment, IT infrastructure solutions, custom software development, and AI & data services.

Product Specifications. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Installation and Service Delivery. For products requiring installation (such as solar systems, security equipment, or IT infrastructure), we will coordinate installation through our qualified technicians or authorized partners. Service timelines and delivery schedules will be communicated during the ordering process.

Warranty and Support. Our products come with manufacturer warranties and our services include ongoing technical support as specified in your service agreement. Warranty terms vary by product category and will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Pricing, Payment, and Billing

Pricing. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices may vary based on product specifications, installation requirements, and service complexity. Custom solutions will be quoted individually based on project requirements.

Payment Terms. Payment may be required in full at the time of order or according to agreed payment schedules for larger projects. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, cheques, and digital payment platforms. For enterprise solutions, we may offer customized payment terms.

Billing and Invoicing. You will receive invoices for products and services as per the agreed terms. All payments must be made within the specified timeframe to avoid service interruption or order delays.

6. Refund and Return Policy

No Product Return Policy. Due to the specialized nature of our technology products and custom solutions, we maintain a strict no-return policy for all products. Once products are delivered, installed, or services are rendered, they cannot be returned for refund.

Refund Processing Timeline. In exceptional circumstances where a refund may be approved at Megadot's sole discretion (such as product defects covered under warranty or service delivery failures), refund processing will take 7 to 14 working days from the date of approval.

Warranty Claims. Product defects or service issues should be reported through our warranty and support channels. Warranty claims will be handled according to manufacturer terms and our service agreements, which may include repair, replacement, or technical support rather than refunds.

Service Cancellation. For ongoing services, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be governed by your specific service agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our Services, including software, documentation, designs, and proprietary technologies, remain the property of Megadot or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services and products in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Megadot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Force Majeure

Megadot shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseeable events.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in any conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to our business, other users, or third parties.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India.

We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication. If direct resolution is not possible, disputes may be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.
